- October 8, 2010 at 9:00 AM The Native Plant Society of Texas (NPSOT) presents Symposium 2010, an environmental education event, at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas, October 7-10, 2010. Betsy will speak Friday at 9:00 AM, October 8, on: Soils Alive: Establishing Underground Soil Communities to Support Native Plants; also Betsy will conduct a workshop intitled: Making the Soil Food Web work with your Native Plant Areas: A Guide on Saturday
- August 3, 2010 at the A&M Short Course, Beef 101. This is the first time A&M has offerred alternative beef classes. Betsy spoke for Grass-fed/grass-finishing markets.
